To further strengthen our team in Rotterdam and realize our mission to contribute to a better world by making construction easier, we are looking for a Software Engineer in the engineering automation team!
As a Software Engineer at TWD, you will work on a variety of internal and external development projects. You will be primarily focused on two things: Our in-house custom-built design & engineering platform and the development of code and applications for client apps. The former is a platform based on Python, Jupyter and our in-house Python package. The latter could range from a Python script to parametrize the movements of our constructions to a cloud-based operational tool to optimize our client’s offshore operations.
In all your work you will be combining your civil and/or offshore engineering knowledge with your programming skills in Python and React. You will work together with your colleagues in TWD’s software engineering group. A glimpse of your responsibilities:
