Foundations of Your Job

As a Designer at TWD, you will be responsible for creating unique structural and mechanical installation tools for a wide range of on- and offshore construction projects. Your role involves translating client requests into solid designs and collaborating with other project members

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Setting up 3D models and drafting technical 2D drawings
    • Full Autodesk suite (Inventor and AutoCAD)
  • Aligning 3D models with calculations to generate technical 2D drawings
  • Generating ideas and solutions and iterate on them
  • Keeping overview of the link between drawings and calculations
  • Safeguarding the technical quality and timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Managing your own project deliverables to meet the global project planning

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:

  • You are skilled in using relevant drafting tools (at TWD we use Inventor, which we will teach you in-house)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, including but not limited to:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Industrial Design Engineering
    • Aerospace Engineering
