Foundations Of Your Job

As a Technical Lead at TWD, you develop and maintain specialized knowledge, serving as a the technical go-to person for both clients and colleagues. Together with the project responsibles, you help build trust with the client by providing professional consultancy and high-quality technical advice. Together with technical advisors and principle engineers within your group, you make sure that the team stays up-to-date with relevant knowledge. You do this by sharing your insights and expertise across departments and our offices abroad. Additionally, you guide and mentor engineers and designers to hone their skills and elevate their expertise.

A glimpse of your responsibilities: 

• Developing and maintaining specialist knowledge on a defined topic
• Increasing efficiency on tasks related to expertise
• Assuring technical quality of designs
• Increasing technical knowledge of Engineers and Designers 
• Developing and expanding TWD skillset and working methods 
• Providing creative input and experience in (concept) design & sales trajectory 
• Collaboration and cooperation between departments 

What Makes You Great

You have a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail. You know how to listen to others, inspire them, and share practical examples from your own experience. You are adaptable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to work in a dynamic environment. You take responsibility for completing your tasks with quality and efficiency.

• 5-8 years of experience in the equipment design
• Prior experience managing projects
• Consultancy approach with internal and external clients 
• Coaching ability
