ICT Support Engineer
(Dutch Speaker)

Foundations of Your Job

As ICT Support at TWD, you will be part of a young, enthusiastic team of 2 ICT Support colleagues and the ICT Manager. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the day-to-day ICT support throughout TWD. You proactively contribute to practical ICT solutions that allow our business to flourish. 

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

• First point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding all ICT issues
• Managing workplaces for (new) employees
• Maintenance and support of our systems (Windows) and software packages
• Control of our cloud virtual server systems (Windows, Entra ID, and Azure)
• Managing the Microsoft Office 365 software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Microsoft Admin portal (Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint)
• Solving issues regarding telephony (VoIP, mobile phones), conference rooms, and printers
• Investigating the ‘must haves’ in terms of new technology and security.
• Coming up with new ICT solutions to make TWD run smarter, better, and faster.

What Makes You Great

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic person with a hands-on mentality and the following profile:

• You have a relevant MBO-4 or HBO degree.
• You are looking for a first or second step in your ICT career.
• You have experience working with virtual servers.
• Prior experience with Office 365 Admin portals, basic coding, Microsoft Intune, Command Prompt, Windows, and Office 365 PowerShell.
• You are enthusiastic, self-managing, and eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
• You like to have responsibilities and be proactive
• You speak both fluent Dutch and English
• You are available for 32-40 hours per week.
