ICT Support Officer

Foundations of Your Job

As an ICT Support Officer at TWD, you will be part of a young, enthusiastic team of two ICT Support colleagues and an ICT Manager. Together with your team, you are responsible for the day-to-day ICT support throughout TWD by being the first point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding all ICT issues. In addition, you proactively contribute with practical ICT solutions that allow our business to flourish. 

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Managing workplaces for new and current employees
  • Maintaining and supporting our systems (i.e. Windows) and software packages
  • Controlling our cloud virtual server systems (Windows, Entra ID, and Azure)
  • Managing the Microsoft Office 365 software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Microsoft Admin portal (Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Solving issues regarding telephony (VoIP, mobile phones), conference rooms, and printers
  • Investigating the ‘must haves’ in terms of new technology and security
  • Coming up with new ICT solutions to make TWD run smarter, better, and faster

You are the perfect match for this position if you also have the following skills and experience:

  • You have a relevant MBO-4 or HBO degree
  • You are looking for a first or second step in your ICT career
  • You are looking to start your career or max 2 years of Experience in IT.
  • You have experience working with virtual servers
  • You have experience with Office 365 Admin portals, basic coding, Microsoft Intune, Command Prompt, Windows, and Office 365 PowerShell
  • You are available for 32-40 hours per week
