Fun Development Opportunities From Your First Day
Introduction Week
During this week, you’ll dive into a collaborative simulation project alongside fellow new colleagues. Explore various workshops tailored to equip you with practical skills directly relevant to your project. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with our company’s management, who actively contribute to the project while offering valuable insights about our organization.
Buddy System
Following the introduction week, you’ll be paired with a dedicated buddy to ensure a seamless start at TWD. Your buddy will assist and guide you through your initial weeks, offering support and addressing any questions you may have. Our well-established buddy system is designed to provide you with all the support needed for a successful transition into your new role.
Coaching
Throughout your career at TWD, a supervisor or senior colleague will serve as your coach. Collaboratively, you’ll define goals and create a comprehensive plan to achieve these objectives, ensuring your professional growth and success within the company.
Focus Topic Sessions
At TWD, we believe in the synergy between work and learning. We’re committed to maximizing your current skills while nurturing the growth of new ones. We maintain a continuous workshop scheme dedicated to specialized topics, both technical and non-technical. Led by senior colleagues, these workshops and practical sessions offer you the chance to explore in-depth areas like Project Management or Quality Control. Your goal remains: Learn and Apply!
