Foundations Of Your Job

You will play a key part in our projects for delivering mission equipment to the offshore wind industry. You will support project teams with document management’s administrative processes for internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include translating specific project requirements into a document control process that you will monitor and manage. Your daily activities will encompass collecting, expediting, and submitting documents from internal departments, subcontractors, and customers. You will also maintain a comprehensive overview of crucial documents, approved budgets, and project planning.

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers and project team members.
  • List document requirements per project and follow up.
  • Ensure quality control of internal and external documents, including timely logging and database management.
  • Send documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Set up structured project folder, and templates and manage the project mailbox.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on documentation and project progress.
  • Report KPIs to the manager and Project Manager on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Implement best practices to enhance processes and improve business operations.

What Makes You Great

You are precise, structured, and naturally helpful. You enjoy assisting others whenever possible and have a knack for finding your way around the organization. You’re passionate about making a tangible impact in a dynamic setting.

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in document control, administration, and project support, preferably in offshore energy, construction, or consulting.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
  • You have experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, (ideally you are familiar with management systems such as Ecodoc, Aconex, or SharePoint.)
  • You enjoy precision in details in your work and it gives you a sense of satisfaction.
  • You enjoy communicating, to convey ideas and key information to your stakeholders.
  • You have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
