Module Transport and Installation – Wheatstone

Smart transport and installation design for 119 modules

To complete the Wheatstone LNG project, Dockwise asked TWD to assist with the transport and installation design for 119 processing train modules. To tackle this challenge, we designed various transport methods, including direct on deck, piggy-back, tug, and barge.

To achieve the most robust designs, we carried out stability calculations, ballasting plans for the barges, and transport analysis for the voyages. Dockwise used all our suggested methods and accomplished a safe module transport and installation.
