Thanks to our attention on development, fun, and happy clients, we are scaling up rapidly in the past decade. At this moment, we are operating at 3 locations in Europe (Rotterdam, London, and Athens) and have over 200 employees. To keep up with the pace of our service growth and to bring our marketing operation to a next level, we are looking for an additional help in our marketing team in Rotterdam to gain more clients, attract new employees, and help conducting effective internal communications within TWD.
You are responsible for the entire range of day to day tasks concerning HR. Together with your HR colleagues you perform tasks ranging from personal inquiries, employee recruitment, salary administration to training and development strategy execution. Apart from execution, together with the Manager HR, you are also responsible for translating the strategy into workable solutions for the company. Next to that, you need to take over the role as Manager HR if needed. Therefore, you need to be a real team player who shares knowledge and learns from others.
On top of it, it would be great if you can also give more insight into our HR data. By making it easier to gather the data and make it visible for other parties, you prepare our HR outlook to become future proofed. Moreover, you are the social and approachable person who has some leaderships skills and has experience in translating the strategy into workable solutions to make sure TWD can grow.
