Our core business focuses on providing services in method engineering and equipment design. We provide innovative solutions to our clients, mainly in the offshore and heavy civil industries.
Thanks to our attention on development, fun, and happy clients, we are scaling up rapidly in the past decade. At this moment, we are operating at 3 locations in Europe (Rotterdam, London, and Athens) and have over 200 employees. To keep up with the pace of our service growth and to bring our business to the next level, we are looking for an additional help in our business development team in Rotterdam to grow more clients.
Your main responsibility as a business developer is to detect new business opportunities for the design service of TWD. You will perform market and client research, use your technical knowledge to clarify commercial/technical project conditions, and develop concept solutions for various constructive challenges.
To successfully manage this role, you need to have a strong background in engineering and a commercial mindset. You need to be able to understand the demand of a contractor when discussing the construction methods. You also need to be able to translate their demands into practical and innovative solutions. On top of this, creating well-structured sales proposals is an important part of your job too. This requires you to have a strong communication skill regardless the stakeholders (both our clients and TWD designers/engineers). Together we draft the long-term strategy of TWD and boost our sales growth to the next level!
