Foundations Of Your Job

As a Legal Contract Manager at TWD, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing our contractual agreements and ensuring they align with (international) legal and regulatory standards. You will be part of our legal team which consist of Legal advisers and officers, both on the contractual side and the corporate side. In your role as Legal Contract Manager, you are responsible for the team on the contractual side. With your excellent people skills, you make sure your team can exploit their full potential. You’ll collaborate closely with various departments and internal and external stakeholders to draft, negotiate, review, and manage a wide range of contracts. Your expertise will be instrumental in mitigating risks, optimizing contract terms, maintaining a smooth contract lifecycle, and managing contractual disputes. A glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end contract process, including drafting, negotiating, review, and execution, together with your team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand contract requirements and objectives
  • Ensure contracts adhere to international legal and regulatory guidelines and policies
  • Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate contractual issues
  • Maintain organized contract records and ensure timely renewals and amendments
  • Manage contractual disputes
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep updated on changes in international laws and regulations relevant to contracts
  • Contribute to the optimization of contractual processes and systems

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in contract law or equivalent
  • Preferable, you have approximately 3 -5 years of experience in contract management, legal advisory or related roles
  • You are familiar with and have a strong understanding of contract law and regulations and legal terminology
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • You are enthusiastic, self-managing, and eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • You are fluent in (business) English and Dutch, both written and spoken
  • You are available for 32-40 hours per week
