Foundations Of Your Job

As an Innovations Engineer at TWD, you’ll manage product innovation projects in our Design & Construct department. You are responsible for the entire concept project, including engineering, designing, budgeting, planning, and leading project members. A glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Take business development and R&D ideas and transform them into marketable concept designs
  • Collaborate with tender teams by contributing innovative concepts
  • Independently perform the technical engineering and execution of 3D models
  • Setting-up, monitoring, and communicating project planning and corresponding budget
  • Assuring the quality and timely delivery of the project
  • Communicating with the client about quality, budget, and planning
  • Recognizing product innovation opportunities assist with writing quotations
  • Supervising and developing your project members

You are an exceptionally creative design engineer with a talent for concepting. With a strong sense of responsibility, you are empowered and self-driven to tackle construction challenges with autonomy, ingenuity and adaptability. You are a communicative team player, skilled in guiding and training project members in an entrepreneurial environment.

In addition, the following skills and experience make you the perfect match for TWD:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering)
  • You have 2-3 years of working experience as a design engineer in the industry
  • You have experience with client communication and managing your own projects

  • A salary of € 4,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
