Monopile Operations App – DEME

Bespoke app for rapid monopile planning and verification

To support DEME’s US monopile installation campaign using the vessel Orion, TWD developed a bespoke browser-based application to streamline planning, verification, and reporting for over 100 monopiles in transit

The MP Ops Tool replaces repetitive workflows with a dynamic interface. Users define each trip’s monopile configuration, which the tool uses to calculate optimal positioning while accounting for environmental constraints. Key engineering checks—such as clash detection, stability, and structural verifications—can now be performed rapidly.

Parametric layouts are validated, sequences adjusted on the fly, and reports updated instantly—enabling greater flexibility and efficiency in offshore operations.
