Engineering

When involved in an early project phase, we can be your independent project consultant for method engineering and equipment design, including marine engineering, land engineering, carrier selection, and structural design of the module.

 

 

 

 

Module Fabrication

We make sure your designs are fabricated as intended through our in-house fabrication services. We achieve this by checking workshop drawings, performing design risk assessments, designing required mission equipment, and assisting at fabrication site.

 

 

 

Transportation

During transportation, we review your design reports, such as the basis of design, seafastening concepts, and structural report. We also help communicate with third parties, such as marine warranty surveyors, vessel carriers, and land transport companies.

Integration

When modules are at the plant location, we help arrange transport and installation on-site. We help checking all interfaces, verifying all secondary steel, and creating route surveys. Additionally, we prepare lifting plans and on-site representation for you.

Engineering

We provide our engineering assistance at every phase of your project, from method engineering and equipment design to installation on site. Applying our expertise in method engineering, we identify the operation sequence, determine the critical steps, assist creating operation concept, and specify the required mission equipment. Furthermore, in case you already have the structural design, we can perform as a 3rd checkers to verify your existing structural design.
