As a Human Resource Officer at Temporary Works Design, you are responsible for the entire range of tasks concerning personnel. Ranging from, personal inquiries, supporting and advising our Lead Engineers and employees, to managing the entire recruitment process and long-term HR related projects. You will collaborate with your HR colleague to professionalize our HR department by coming up with suggestions and creative solutions to improve our services even further.
you are a true team player and you communicate easily and with you. Of course, you are social and approachable, since you are the ‘face’ that represents HR.
